1. Tupande Country IT Operations Technician
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
Location: Nairobi
Job Field: Engineering / Technical, ICT / Computer
About the Role:
Seeking a well-rounded entry-level IT person with at least 6 months of experience in end-user support, endpoint hardware, software, and networks troubleshooting. You will work with the Unified Endpoint Management and Service Desk team to support IT endpoints and report to the Kenya Country IT Operations Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Endpoints Lifecycle Management:
- Ensure new endpoints meet pre-check standards.
- Maintain optimal functioning of endpoints.
- Periodically maintain, replace, and dispose of endpoints.
- Update endpoints’ health status regularly.
- Technical Support:
- Resolve Tier 2 tickets within service level agreements.
- Troubleshoot endpoints (laptops and tablets) and software.
- Provide Tier 1 network support, configure network devices (Access Points and Wi-Fi Routers).
- Perform OS maintenance, software updates, and hardware support for One Acre Fund laptops.
- Configure and test OAF tablet application rollouts.
- Conduct IT-related training for non-technical OAF stakeholders.
- Participate in technical projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience in IT end-user support, software, hardware, and network support.
- Familiarity with Windows and Android endpoint deployment systems.
- Data analytics and reporting skills.
- Inventory management skills.
- Analytical problem-solving and problem management skills.
- Incident management skills.
- Basic understanding of PBX application functionality.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and power ratings.
2. GSC Senior Seed Analyst
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
Experience: 2 years
Location: Kakamega
Job Field: Agriculture / Agro-Allied, Science
About the Role:
Responsible for seed quality assurance, compliance, and adherence to KEPHIS & ISTA standards. Oversee seed lab management and ensure accreditation standards are met. Report to the Seed Specialist and manage operations at the Seed Lab in Kakamega.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operations of the seed lab and inground station.
- Lead seed quality assurance.
- Maintain internal and external relationships regarding seed quality assurance.
- Manage the team at the Kakamega Lab.
