Creating a TSC TPAD account
What is TPAD?
Teacher Performance Appraisal & Development (TPAD) is a system used by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) in Kenya to evaluate teacher performance.
Why create a TPAD account?
- It’s mandatory for all teachers employed by the TSC.
- It helps assess your performance and promotes professional growth.
How to create a TPAD account:
- Visit the TSC website or directly go to https://tpad2.tsc.go.ke/auth/create_account.
- Fill out the required information:
- TSC number
- ID number
- Phone number ( Kenyan format: 07xxxxxxx)
- Email address
- Password (strong and secure)
- Confirm password
- Select notification method (e.g., SMS)
- Click “Create” after entering all details correctly.
- Upon successful registration, you’ll receive a verification code via SMS.
- Enter the code received.
- Click “Verify” to complete the process.
After creating the account:
- Log in and add your biographical data.
- Include your education level and subject combinations (teaching subjects).
